Prayer to Judas
Originally written some time in late 2021, before the creation of this website.
Kiss me, Judas—
only don't betray me
to them.
Betray me
to Him,
for I confess to you
(whom I love dearly)
that I don't want to be a lamb.
Let us draw Him down to us,
if He wants me to die—
he can kill me for my sin
and not my purity.
Although, if You will allow me
to confess
one more thing,
I will tell You
that I don't want to die
for anything at all.
And (will You still kiss Me
out of love
if I say this?)
if anyone's blood is to be wine,
if anyone's flesh is to be bread,
I hope it is We who feast
like lions.
