A HIERARCHY OF FOOLS
WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT DO YOU LOVE
Identity derived from posititioning yourself above others is in fact the most pathetic thing there can be. You think yourself higher than the others but you depend on them for your very concept of self. If they are removed from this dynamic your whole self-concept is destroyed even if you yourself and all your accomplishments remain the same. What do you love? Not your own self, if you only seek to cultivate it so that it may compare well to others. Not your own pursuits, if they were merely a means to elevate yourself above the others. So they cannot satisfy you, but neither can this hierarchy you stand yourself upon, for if you are brilliant and they are all fools, what good is the recognition of a fool? And so you are the greatest fool of all.
